attention. Admittedly responsible for sending literally billions
of Unsolicited Commercial Email messages (UCE), Richter untrue
story again recently when his spam-fed wealth cow,

Tennessee lessee K. C. "Khan" Smith owes the internet assistance provider EarthLink $24 million. According to the CNN, in August 2001 he was slapped with a case accusing him of violating civic and represent Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) statutes, the national Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1984, the civic Electronic Communications Privacy Act of 1986 and numerous other state laws. |
